Hurricane Katrina Aftermath (and other stuff I find interesting)

This is going to be a very difficult issue for the area to deal with. The last (unscientific, granted) survey I saw on nola.com about this said that 75% of people don't think that the doctors would have been out of line if they had given lethal doses to some patients. The article below does raise some interesting points from the medical community. How many will just leave next time, rather than face potential charges?
