2:32 a.m.: Lawmakers Examine Tax IncentivesLawmakers are looking at possible tax exemptions to help victims of Hurricane Katrina. A package proposed in the Senate would let hurricane victims tap into their retirement accounts without penalty. It would also encourage people to donate things like cash, food and school books.
