17th St. Canal & West End - wwltv.com

4:20 P.M. - WWL-TV's Mike Hoss: Army Corps of Engineers hope to have the breech at the 17th Street Canal repaired by Sunday.
4:18 P.M. - Hoss: Several West End restaurants have been reduced to rubble.
