NHC Update 25

No new news, other than that there are a few things that are weakening the storm currently. However, all of this is realative, but there is still hope that the storm will make landfall as a strong category 4 rather than a 5. Not much difference, but it could help a bit.

We're still hoping for an eastward shift, sending the brunt of the storm to the Gulfport/Biloxi area rather than Directly to New Orleans. There are a few forecast models that are showing this potential, hopefully we will see more of this over the next 6 hours.
